who we are

KredFlow is an early-stage technology venture based in Bengaluru, India. We are developing infrastructure for business software financing. KredFlow is not a bank or NBFC, and no lending product is live on this website.

information collected on this website

If you use our contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, work email, company, role, phone number, company website, area of interest and message. Contact-form submissions are stored in a restricted Cloudflare database so our team can review and respond to them.

Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp and security events to operate and protect the site.

This website does not currently ask for GST returns, bank statements, bureau information, identity documents, OTPs or loan application data. We do not currently use non-essential advertising cookies.

• to understand product demand using aggregated, non-identifying observations

We do not sell personal data or use enquiry information for third-party advertising.

sharing

We may use service providers that host the website or support business communications. They may process information only for those services and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may disclose information where required by law or a valid authority.

Sending a design-partner enquiry does not authorise a credit bureau check or financial-data access. Those actions would require a separate, clear consent in a future lender-approved journey.

retention and security

We generally keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last meaningful interaction, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is reasonably required for law, fraud prevention or dispute handling. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

your choices

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you sent, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. You may also ask us to stop future contact.

future lending journey

Before KredFlow launches any digital lending application, this policy will be expanded to state the exact personal and business data collected, each purpose, every type of recipient, retention periods, India storage arrangements, consent withdrawal, deletion routes, lender responsibilities and grievance contacts.
